Feasibility Study Writing - Cafe/CoffeeShop

We are looking for people who can write a complete feasibility study for a Cafe/Coffee Shop with a B2C and/or B2B model. The focus will be on things like:

a) Coffee/Tea
b) Snacks
c) Deserts
d) Refreshments, etc

You are required to submit a detailed proposal with the following information:
1) Scope of work
2) Timeline
3) Methodology
4) Business plan (retail and wholesale, including as many revenue streams as possible)
5) Project for 5 years


The DELIVERABLES will include:
Milestone 1 - Excel file with financial projections, including detailed assumptions and figures with valid and relevant references
Milestone 2 - Word file that includes a detailed Business Plan
Milestone 3 - PowerPoint file that includes Investment Pitch Deck

Mention any other deliverables and areas that you will be developing in this study.



NOTE:
1) Candidates providing creative approaches and providing information on the revenue streams as part of the business plan will be preferred for this engagement.
2) Regions to consider: Pakistan, UAE (primary), and Saudi Arabia.
3) Sanitized samples would be required to understand your related previous engagements and success stories.
