Facility Management Strategy

I am in need of a facility management strategy for a large retail/commercial space. The ideal candidate for this job will have expertise in maintenance and repairs, as well as experience with managing facilities of similar size and type. The following services will be required:

- Regular maintenance and repairs to building systems and equipment
- Emergency repairs and response
- Management of contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work
- Budget planning and management for facility maintenance expenses

The strategy should prioritize cost-effectiveness and sustainability while still ensuring the facility is well-maintained and operational. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders will also be important for this project.

Very important note : I need a facility management strategy and Facility Management Strategic Plan for previous projects in Saudi Arabia and UAE that has been prepared by Mace Macro , or Mace Operate , or Morganti , or Serco.
I need real files and already prepared files for Projects that has been developed recently in Saudi Arabia and UAE by those companies for real estate companies for Projects of the nature of Commercial and Residential and hospitality buildings like hotels.

The format of the Facility management strategy file must be either in Power Point format and Microsoft Word format... editable files.
