Expert Finance Specialist for EU Real Estate Sales Guarantee Fund -- 2

We are seeking a finance specialist with experience in the EU real estate market to help us benchmark a fee structure and draft a term sheet for a funding agreement. The funding agreement is for a sales guarantee fund, which provides assurances to developers that unsold inventory will be purchased within approximately 6 months after the completion of a real estate project. The fund guarantees to buy the inventory at a discounted price, and charges a fee on units that are sold. In addition, the fund provides an upfront proceed to the developer.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales guarantee funds and funding agreements in the EU market. They should be able to analyze market data and industry benchmarks to determine an appropriate fee structure and proceed amount for the fund, and be able to clearly articulate the terms of the funding agreement in a term sheet.
