We are seeking an expert freelancer to create a comprehensive and tailored business profile, strategic plan, financial forecasts which is not pressing at the moment, and customizable project proposals for Buffalo Niagara Development Corporation, a construction project management firm in the Buffalo-Niagara area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed and industry-specific business proposals and profiles.
• Create adaptable, client-facing proposal templates highlighting the advantages of hiring our firm versus in-house project managers.
• Design compensation structures and payment schedules based on current industry standards (2024).
• Provide introductory client questionnaires to streamline project onboarding.
• (Future) - Offer insights for SBA loan proposals and long-term strategic growth plans.
