I'm looking for a freelancer with strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel to help with an investment project. You'll be asked to:
Audit (3) spreadsheets for intended functionality
Combine them into one new model.
This is a financial model for SUD treatment w/a real estate development component.
Key skills required for this project include, but are not limited to:
- Expertise in Excel
- Knowledge of financial modeling
- Ability to analyze complex data sets
- Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of healthcare payor contracts
Please note this project may require a high level of financial acumen due to the nature of the project tasks.
