I'm looking for someone to create plug-and-play Excel spreadsheets for a nail salon and a med spa. These spreadsheets should help manage and track key metrics efficiently.

Key Requirements:
- Track metrics: Inventory, Employee performance, Sales profits, Payroll percentages, etc. for P&L
- Functions: Automated calculations, Customizable templates
- Data Inputs: Sales transactions, Detailed sales, Employee metrics

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel, especially in creating automated calculations
- Experience in developing customizable templates
- Background in metrics tracking for salons/spas is a plus
