Excel Macro for Construction Bid Workbook

I'm seeking a proficient Excel macro developer to create a comprehensive Excel workbook to streamline our construction bidding process. This workbook will cater to various government projects, both in building and civil sectors.
Key Tasks:
- Incorporate macros to perform complex cost calculations.
- Facilitate the addition and removal of construction bid items, with automatic adjustments to all related tasks.
- Generate a detailed cost breakdown report.
- Produce a summary bid report.
Ideal Skills:
- Advanced Excel and macro programming skills.
- Experience in construction cost estimation and bidding processes.
- Ability to comprehend and cater to the requirements of government construction projects.
To get you started, I have attached my current bid work sheet. I need to improve its operational efficiencies with macros too:
- Add and remove bid items as needed, be it a single bid item or a job with 200 bid items.
- Do all the calculations as you see represented in the workbook.
-Have pages linked to a calculated bid summary that will allow me to move funds between bid items in order to increase or decrease task cost as desired.
- Calculations will surmise for each bid item as well as provide a summary sheet as represented in the attached bid workbook.
- Calculation backchecks built in so if numbers are not properly calculating, there is an indicator of some type that their is an issue with the input and derivatives.
Looking for a more user friendly, streamlined and well enabled workbook to make my bidding process faster, especially when changes are needing to be made. Those changes need to be linked to all relevant items across the workbook.
