I'm in need of an Excel professional who can assist me with analyzing and calculating shift hours for a complex employee schedule.

Specific calculations required include:
- Total hours per employee
- Overtime hours
- Shift overlap hours
It would also be beneficial to specify the shift designation that is short upon calculation.
