I'm looking for a proficient Excel user who can help me build a comprehensive compensation calculation. The primary goal of this project is to assess deal-specific comp payouts with variable inputs, considering the following:
- The project will focus on deal Total Contract Value, meaning you'll need to first calculate TCV based on terms such as deal length, annual escalators, Base Rent Value, and total commit.
- There will also be an ROIC factor that will determine accelerators or detractors from the person's base pay percentage.
-In addition there will be two separate tables to calculate the comp % based on the TCV thresholds. The first table is for TCV of under $60Million the second will be above $60million.
The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong background in Excel and financial modeling, with a keen understanding of performance-based compensation structures.
