SustainPro Solutions is a sustainability company based in Abu Dhabi, currently launching a pilot program for a major sporting event in partnership with leading UAE government entities.
Our objective is to align all sustainability practices, data collection, and reporting with GRI 2021 Standards, ISO 20121, and the Department of Culture & Tourism (DCT Abu Dhabi) Event Sustainability Guidelines.
We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant to guide our team and verify the technical accuracy of our reporting frameworks. The consultant will work alongside our internal sustainability manager and project staff to ensure all documentation, monitoring, and reporting are audit-ready.

Scope of Work
1. Review existing templates (Sustainability Management Plan, KPI Tracker, Zero-Emission Report) and confirm alignment with GRI / ISO 20121 / DCT KPIs.
2. Identify additional data that should be collected during event build-up (starting 15 October) and the live event (25–27 October 2025).
3. Design or refine data-capture tools (Excel-based trackers preferred).
4. Validate all carbon footprint and offset calculations for post-event reporting.
5. Provide weekly 1-hour online consultations with our team to mentor and guide the reporting process.
6. Deliver a final verified Sustainability Report and Audit-Readiness Memo by 28 October 2025.

Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 8–10 years in sustainability, ESG, or event management
• Proven record with GRI 2021, ISO 14001, and ISO 20121 frameworks
• Experience in major sporting or cultural events (Expo, COP28, FIFA, F1, etc.)
• Familiarity with UAE or GCC sustainability frameworks
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
