Estimator needed for construction projects

I am looking for an advanced estimator to help me with upcoming construction projects. I already have a list of items that need to be estimated and am looking for someone to provide a detailed estimate. Accuracy is important to me, as I require a clear picture of the project's cost, timeline, and materials needed in order to move forward with what is needed. The estimator must be able to provide an accurate assessment of expenses, which can include labor and materials, as well as any additional needed resources. The estimator must be organized and able to provide a thorough explanation for the estimates that are provided. We are a sports construction company and most of our bids are sports construction related. I need the individual to be able to read blue prints and be able to provide me with excell breakdowns of the scope of the project. I included an example estimate. Please note that the example is a lot more complex than what we actually need since our scope is very specialized being only sports.
