Engineering Policy & Procedure Development

I'm in need of an experienced engineering consultant who can develop a comprehensive set of policies and procedures from scratch. This should be a start-to-finish process, beginning with responding to an expression of interest from the client, through to tender preparation and submission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Start by understanding the industry standards and needs, to develop a tailored and coherent set of policies and procedures.
- Develop a comprehensive proposal including costing that aligns with the industry standards and the client's expectations.
- Focus on operational efficiency, ensuring that every policy and procedure is effective and efficient in its implementation.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing policies and procedures within the engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of operational efficiency and how to incorporate that into policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, to ensure a clear and effective proposal for the client.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within set timeframes.
