EPC Procurement & Planning Specialist

Job ID: 40084874

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I run a UAE-based EPCsupply business co in UAE that serves the oil and gas sector, and looking for an engineering professional who can take ownership of our procurement activities while keeping project documentation and progress reporting tightly under control. Your core focus will be procurement—building the plan, issuing RFQs, negotiating with vendors, generating purchase orders and then expediting deliveries so that every package lands on site when the construction team actually needs it.

Alongside this, I expect you to weave procurement data back into the wider execution plan: maintain the schedule in Primavera P6 or MS Project, update S-curves, and circulate concise weekly progress reports that give management a clear view of commitments, costs, and physical progress.

Because we execute brown-field upgrades as well as new builds, quality control inside project execution is vital. I will lean on you to embed QC checkpoints in the plan, coordinate inspection test plans with vendors, and flag any NCRs early so they never turn into commissioning issues.

If you are comfortable working with typical EPC document control tools, know your way around ISO/API quality requirements, and can turn raw data into an actionable dashboard in Excel or Power BI, we can start immediately. Remote, hybrid, or full-time on site are all on the table—what matters is a demonstrable track record of keeping procurement on time and a project team properly informed.

Key deliverables that will mark project success:
• A consolidated and approved procurement plan linked to the master schedule
• A live progress-monitoring dashboard with weekly narrative reports
• A QC checklist fully integrated into the execution plan
• A structured project document index with revision control

If this matches your skill set, outline your relevant EPC experience and tell me how quickly you could have the first progress dashboard online.
