I’m transitioning into an IT Business Analyst role within healthcare and want to specialise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation. I’m looking for a mentor who has hands-on experience delivering EHR projects from requirements gathering through go-live.
What I need
• A tailored development roadmap that covers the core BA deliverables for EHR implementation (workflows, requirements traceability, HL7/FHIR data flows, HIPAA implications, change management).
• Feedback and rewrites for my résumé and LinkedIn profile so they emphasise my fit for healthcare BA roles.
• Practical templates and sample artefacts—BRD, user stories, process maps—that I can adapt for a portfolio.
• Two mock interview sessions focused on EHR implementation scenarios and stakeholder management.
• Ongoing Q&A support (chat or short calls) while I apply the roadmap.
