Distribution of the shares of the current partners to the company.

We are a restaurant business based in Koh Phangan, Thailand called Friendship Concept. We are currently looking for a business advisor to help us determine the share allocation for our parent company, in view of opening new restaurants.

We currently have three partners in our business, each with a different stake in our restaurant in Koh Phangan. We need the help of a business advisor to guide us in determining the fair share allocation for the parent company, based on each partner's financial and non-financial contributions.
