Director of Learning and Development

This new position will report into the Head of People and interact heavily on the leadership strategy, creation of programs and training presentations. This is a remote position. This is an individual contributor position that will provide strategic and operational support for all talent and leadership development priorities to ensure the appropriate initiatives drive improved performance and organizational business results.
