Development of a Comprehensive Roadmap and Survey for Shared Services CoE
Budget: $600 – $1,000 USD
We are seeking an experienced consultant to develop a comprehensive roadmap and survey for our Shared Services Center of Excellence (CoE). The project's main objective is to identify current operational gaps, streamline processes, and set targeted improvements using best practices and benchmarking across specialized CoEs within five departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute a detailed roadmap including a gap analysis of the current state vs. targeted state.
2. Develop a detailed questionnaire/survey assessing operations, analyze results, and recommend enhancements.
3. Evaluate scopes, mandates, roles for 7 related CoEs/departments, propose new mandates/scopes.
4. Refine job descriptions, FTEs, operating models.
5. Integrate technology solutions for knowledge and data management; form preliminary definitions for necessary policies & procedures.
Needed Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in designing roadmaps and surveys for shared services.
2. Strong analytical skills with a track record in process optimization.
3. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
