- Work Orders - Break Fix
- Work Flow Module
- Role-Based Access Module
- Reports (including work order lists by location and status, mean time between failures, mean time to repair, and maintenance activity and schedule by machinery and location)

Access Control:
The application should incorporate a 'Read and Write' access level for different user roles, ensuring necessary permissions for various tasks without compromising security.
