Detailed Google Sheet for Realtor/Seller Communication

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to create a comprehensive Google Sheet dedicated to facilitating communication between realtors and sellers. The google sheet should include subject property information, (Address, Original List Price, Current List Price, Price Adjustments, and Days on the Market) The sheet should also include the original market search criteria used to determine original list price of subject and update the comparable properties status as the listing stays active in order to adjust to market fluctuations. Include all showing data of subject property,(showing date, showing feedback). Utilize charts and graphs to help communicate market changes a prompt quick movements to subject. I like this on one simple google sheet.
