Define Customized Business Software Requirements From Clients' Needs and Pain Points

We are develop web-based software solutions and need an experienced business analyst to translate my vision into a clear, developer-ready roadmap. The core scope is to gather and analyze information from clients and compile a detailed requirement list with clear roadmap for development team.
Here’s a short brief of what we'd be expecting from you:
• A concise Business Requirements Document that captures every workflow and edge case.
• User stories and acceptance criteria written in a format my Agile team can drop straight into Jira.
• Process maps or lightweight wireframes (BPMN, UML, or whichever diagramming approach you prefer) to visualise how suppliers, internal/external stakeholders, and the system interact.
You’ll work directly with the sales team and solutions team to refine business goals, then collaborate with our UX lead and development team until requirements are signed off as complete and testable. If you’re comfortable running stakeholder interviews, hosting refinement sessions, and maintaining a living backlog in Confluence, we'll be a great fit.
