Dedicated PMO Analyst for Transport Logistics

I'm looking for a dedicated Business Process Analyst or PMO transportation to support me a project.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving a transportation and distribution processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Experience in transportation and distribution will be considered a significant asset. If you know another resource that can support as well, I’m open to that Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed analysis of current transportation and logistical processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize logistics and transportation operations. • Create and utilize process mapping and other analytical tools to visualize workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure cohesive operational strategies. • Monitor the impact of implemented improvements, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet organizational goals. • Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in transportation and logistics to recommend innovative solutions. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, improvements, and outcomes.
