Data Modeler with Infor experience

JOB SUMMARY:
- The Data Modeling and Design Specialist is responsible for building and implementing the business intelligence data models for PMG's Enterprise ERP (Infor and PSA). Leveraging the Business Intelligence & Analytics platform to support reporting/analytical services and systems integration to ensure enterprise-wide data quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Infor/PSA cloudsuite data model, a strong finance and accounting acumen.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with key Business Data owners and SMEs to identify ERP data that is critical to their business
- Participate and provide thought leadership in capturing new Infor requirements and various change management activities that involve any upstream or downstream data flows and processes
- Design and establish data models to ensure the relationship, accuracy and quality of data through all upstream and downstream data channels
- Proactively coordinate the resolution of data integrity gaps by working closely with business data owners and various IT teams
- Monitor data quality metrics and report on findings to key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Experience in a data analyst and/or data engineering role
- Master and Reference data experience including the creation of data dictionary
- Familiarity with data modeling, architecture, warehouse, visualization and developer tools (Erwin, ArchiMate, Snowflake, PowerBI)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of Infor and PSA data models, data structures and how dashboards and reports work
- Good facilitation and problem-solving skills to drive issues to closure
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment with the ability to interface with Business Users, IT Leaders and Developers
