Customer Experience Sales Assistant

1. As a member of the store management team, drive profitable sales by achieving sales and profit goals, budget management and sales forecasting. Proactively analyze and leverage sales/financial reports, economic trends and community needs to identify and respond to market changes while controlling spend. Communicate sales results with sales staff and guide results interpretation

2. Balance with management team, develop operational plan; prioritize, delegate and provide clear direction for managers and colleagues. Ensure optimal store conditions through effective merchandise display, accurate and competitive pricing, and store standards that comply with company policies and guidelines.
