Courier App DPR Creation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m gearing up to launch a full-scale courier delivery application and need a comprehensive Detailed Project Report to anchor the whole initiative. The final document should read well enough for investors yet remain practical for my tech and operations teams, so I’m looking for someone who can blend business insight with hands-on product knowledge.
Scope
– Focus exclusively on a courier-service model (not broader logistics).
– Cover everything a serious DPR is expected to include: current market landscape and competitor positioning, proposed tech architecture for the customer, driver and admin modules, projected roll-out plan, regulatory touchpoints, and clear five-year financials built on realistic unit economics.
– All data, charts, and assumptions must be properly cited or referenced so I can trace the sources later.
I will provide my rough concept note, target geography, and any preliminary numbers once we start; you will expand that into a polished, investor-ready report in Word or PDF. If you have recent DPR examples—especially in delivery or mobility tech—feel free to mention them when you respond.
