Consultant for Business and Market Plan Update, and Investment Document Creation

We're seeking an experienced consultant to help update our Business and Market plan for Blazy Pay, and create essential documents for Convertible notes and Employee shares. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business planning, financial modeling, and investment document creation.
Responsibilities
1. Review and Update Business and Market Plan: Collaborate with our team to review and update our existing Business and Market plan, incorporating changes in the market and our business strategy.
2. Create Convertible Notes Document: Develop a comprehensive document outlining the terms and conditions of our Convertible notes, including valuation, conversion rates, and investor rights.
3. Design Employee Share Plan Document: Create a clear and concise document detailing our Employee share plan, including vesting schedules, equity distribution, and employee rights.
4. Financial Modeling and Projections: Assist in updating our financial models and projections to reflect changes in the business and market.
5. Investor Pitch Deck Review: Review and provide feedback on our investor pitch deck to ensure it accurately reflects our updated Business and Market plan.
6. Other Documents and Materials: Create or update other documents and materials as needed, such as our business plan executive summary, investor FAQs, and due diligence materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business planning, financial modeling, and investment document creation
- Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and its regulatory environment
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with our team
- Experience with financial modeling tools, such as Excel, and document creation software
Nice to Have
- Experience with convertible notes and employee share plans
- Knowledge of cannabis industry trends and market analysis
- Familiarity with investment platforms and fundraising processes
