Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Strategists to join our team on a part-time consultancy basis. The ideal candidate will be adept at facilitating workshops, providing strategic consulting, and willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and lead sessions in person.
Responsibilities
Facilitate interactive and productive workshops for a diverse range of clients.
Provide expert advice and actionable insights to help clients achieve their goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform workshop content.
Travel to client locations as required to conduct in-person workshops and consultations.
Communicate effectively with various departments
Requirements
Proven experience in strategic planning, consulting, and workshop facilitation.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of participants.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Flexibility to travel as needed for client engagements.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience as a consultant or freelancer is preferred.
