Construction Industry System Analyst

I am currently in search of a seasoned Business System Analyst with an in-depth understanding of both residential and commercial construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive business analyses that will contribute to the streamlining of project management processes.
- Utilize analytical expertise to optimize our cost estimation procedures, improving accuracy and financial efficiency.
- Formulate ways to enhance communication between all stakeholders involved in the construction process.
- Implement sales matrix and improve financial reports to provide more data-driven insights and decisions.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Residential and Commercial Construction.
- Strong skills in business system analysis, project management, cost estimation, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with sales matrixes and financial reporting.
- Experience in construction-related tech is a huge plus.
