Comprehensive 15-Year Financial Model for Startup

I'm seeking a skilled Excel Modeler to build a robust business case financial model for a startup, projecting over a 15-year timeline.
Key Requirements:
- The ability to have buttons for at least 3 different scenarios
- The model should be architected in a way where the main cost drivers of resources (People) and number of projects being run concurrently can be linked and then various scenarios created e.g. the Head Office staff or the growth thereof is dependent on number of agriculture projects in play (a ratio) and then the number of projects in play will dictate investment, but ultimately return. This analysis via a dashboard is key to this solution.
- The model should be flexible and able to adapt to various inputs and assumptions.
Ideal candidates should have a strong background in business case models, any knowledge of large scale development programmes would be ideal, with a proven track record of scenario analysis. Experience in building long-term (15 years) financial models is a plus.
