Comprehensive UML Diagramming
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m looking to turn written requirements into a concise set of UML visuals so everyone—both business stakeholders and the development team—sees the same picture from the outset.
Scope (kept intentionally lean to match this initial phase):
• One cohesive Use Case diagram that frames the overall scope.
• A complementary Activity diagram highlighting key system processes (this is the main emphasis).
• A lightweight Sequence or State Machine diagram—whichever best supports the workflow you uncover during analysis.
All diagrams must be clear, tidy, and ready for quick review in common tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visual Paradigm (your choice, just let me know).
When you send your bid, include a brief yet detailed project proposal outlining:
• How you’ll extract requirements and validate assumptions.
• Which tool you prefer and why.
• A short timeline for the first draft and one revision round.
I’m aiming for actionable visuals rather than exhaustive documentation, so a focused, fast-moving approach will stand out.
