I'm in need of a detailed investment analysis model for internal decision-making processes.
The decision for hypothetically analyze a potential equity investment into Jarir Marketing Co. (SASE:4190) “Saudi Stock Market”
part of the process, you have to provide a high-level investment analysis and form an underlying recommendation for presentation to the
Investment Committee to determine the investment rational / thesis and expected returns
The model should span a five-year period and include:
- Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation
- Comprehensive returns & sensitivity analysis
- Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) calculation
The ideal freelancer for this project would have a robust background in financial modeling and investment analysis, particularly in creating startup models. Proficiency in presenting complex financial concepts in an understandable manner is a plus, as the model will be used for internal discussions.
