Comprehensive Horizon Management Specialist
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I am in need of a task/project Manager who is proficient in communication dissemination and policy analysis and who can handle planning, investment management, risk assessment among others. I need this individual to assist with propagating my project's information in multiple ways, particularly through social media, email newsletters, and via website or blog updates.
The successful freelancer will also be tasked with writing deliverable reports, planning management systems, and conducting a thorough analysis of existing policy. The reports will need to focus on several key areas including data analysis, climate, energy, democracy and other policy overview, best practices research.
