I'm in need of a seasoned HR professional to guide my company in multiple facets of human resources. The primary focus will be on ensuring our HR policies are compliant and up to date. In addition, I require assistance in the following areas:
- Talent Acquisition: Help us source, attract, and hire the best talent to fit our company culture and goals.
- Onboarding Processes: Improve and streamline our onboarding procedures to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly.
Moreover, I am particularly interested in soft skills training for our employees. This will involve developing training programs aimed at enhancing interpersonal skills, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
