We are launching a beef distribution business and are seeking an experienced professional (or team) to develop a comprehensive business model and financial model for our venture.
The project will involve:
Analyzing our business concept (half-cow distribution, logistics via dually trucks, processing, and pricing structure).
Designing a scalable business model that covers operations, logistics, supply chain, customer acquisition, and long-term growth.
Building a detailed financial model including revenue forecasts, cost of goods, margins, cash flow projections, and breakeven analysis.
Recommendations on funding options, profitability, and expansion strategies.
Deliverables:
Business model document (Word or PDF)
3–5 year financial model (Excel)
Executive summary for investor or grant presentations
Ideal Candidate:
