I am seeking a detailed business analysis report to evaluate the feasibility of launching a wholesale delivery system.

The analysis should cover:
- Market Analysis: Investigate the current wholesale delivery market, identify key players, trends and potential barriers to entry.
- Logistics and Supply Chain: Examine the logistics involved in wholesale delivery, evaluate potential suppliers and delivery networks.
- Customer Demand: Assess the demand for wholesale delivery services, identify target customers and evaluate their delivery needs.
- Organization and Management: Propose an organizational structure for the business, identify key management roles and responsibilities.
- Financial Projections: Develop projected costs and revenues over the first three years of operation.
- Break Even Analysis: Conduct a thorough break-even analysis to determine when the business would start to turn a profit.

3. What is your target selling price for each product (per kilogram)?
- Price used to very depends on different factors (Like quantity and quality of cultivation, weather conditions, Flood situations, Road Blockages, etc…), there is daily fluctuation of rates.

Sourcing and Supply Chain

Operations and Logistics
9. What transportation methods will you use for sourcing and delivering products?
- Sourcing will be 25MT Truck upto my Godown and Delivery to Customer will need to streamline with small vehicle as big vehicle can’t enter inside city area due to no entry regulation at day time and this is the main game of this business, how to streamline and outsource the work. My planning is to provide Rs25/Bag as Delivery Charges (for 50Kg size of Bag). We need to work out some way to make it win win situation for both logistic provider and for us as well.
- We are getting a profit of Rs 0.3 to Rs 0.75 / Kg of Materials depends on lot’s of factor and from that we need to manage the logistic.
- Initially we won’t take profit, we will utalise all the profit to Logistic Providers as we might not get sufficient orders.

- We don’t have any such kind of Storage Facilities. Only Normal Storage we have

14. What is your initial budget for starting this business (in INR)?
- Rs 10 Lakhs

15. Have you projected your expected monthly revenue and expenses for the first year?
- Not Calculated yet, lot’s of research needed for that.
- I have done some Market Survey, only in three area and collected Shops keeper requirements, some informed that they needs good quality materils and they can’t effort logistic. Some want low rate materils etc,
- I haven’t done any Survey for the local Market Logistic Analysis. This is very Crucial part of this business.
- Loading and Unloading Labour Cost will be approx. Rs10/Bag in the Market

- Initially will do :
-Potato 25MT – Rs (25x1000x26)+ (Transportation Rs75000)
-Onion 25MT – Rs (25x1000x44)+ (Transportation Rs150000)

-50% of Customer will buy materils on credit and next time they will pay

● Storage facilities?
-I Have Godown only to keep those Materials. Only One truck can be accommodated. Needs to take one more warehouse (rent will be Rs20/Sqft)

● Transportation and logistics?
- Needs to Analyse it properly

-Preliminary Idea is to send Representative for Marketing and also digital Marketing will do by WhatsApp, Youtube, FB & Intragram and Website (assamagrotrading.com)

Is there anything else you would like to share about your business vision or any other aspect of your plan?

- As our main customers are Grocery Shops and we can’t expect their literacy to understand all technology or technological approach. So, I want to keep all options for them to book order by

(b) Order Taking by calling them
(c) Order Taking by Whatsapp
(d) Order Taking by Apps
(e) Order Taking by Web

-And Initial Payment Collection should be either UPI or Cash

-As of now, no such technology and proper organised team in the market. Only some small suppliers are there, who used to deliver in some area without delivery charges. They are not able to supply on time.
