I am looking for a Senior Compliance Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team on a full-time basis, working 6 days per week . The ideal candidate will be based on-site in Delhi as job location is Rohni Delhi..
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Compliance Manager in a CA firm or a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex compliance issues effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
-Manage financial reporting and analysis, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flows.
-Ensure compliance with GST and income tax regulations, filing returns, and handling tax audits.
-Finalize balance sheets and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
-Provide tax planning advice and optimize tax opportunities.
-Review internal controls and maintain compliance with financial standards.
Skills:
-Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant certifications.
-Strong expertise in GST, income tax, balance sheet finalization, and tax audits.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
-Excellent communication and time management abilities.
-Ethical approach to financial management and data handling.
