Competitive Research
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I am constructing a business plan for a start-up hydrokinetic energy company and need to outsource the competitive research part to divide and conquer as I am getting pressed for time.
My expertise is in finance modelling and business plans. I am working on the financials, but have not much understanding of competitors in the current market.
To start with I need a competitive analysis of 4 Australian based hydrokinetic energy generation companies. Not tidal kinetic or hydro damming, think low flow non pressured hydro. The company I am working with will be provided to the successful applicant.
I have a few criteria that will need to be compared but most of the analysis points will be left up to you. I will amend and add as we go if necessary
As we move through the project, a business plan will be created so I will need about 1500 words written around the analysis with reference sources that will go into a business plan and presented to the client. More will be discussed about this part closure to the end of the project.
I'm budgeting for no more than 10 hours for the next 3 weeks with the potential for additional work if required. Some weeks won't require much activity, other weeks will make up for the slow weeks. Happy to discuss particulars with the person on how they would be paid and how to submit the task to me.
