Compensation Leader

I am looking for a Compensation Leader to help develop a comprehensive total rewards package for my retail business, which operates in the Automotive retail service centers sector.

The project scope includes evaluating our current total rewards offerings and refining our strategy and structure accordingly, crafting incentive plans that properly motivate and reward our employees, and conducting any necessary market research to ensure our packages are highly competitive. In addition, the expert chosen for this job will also act as an advisor to our finance and HR departments in matters related to compensation and rewards, in order to maintain our competitive positioning in the sector.

The project timeline is 1-3 months, depending on the particular project details. We are looking for an experienced individual who possesses an extensive background in creating effective total rewards packages, the acumen to advise our teams on how to improve our rewards strategies, and the capability to complete the project within a projected timeframe.
