Cloud Technology Interim CFO

I'm leading a team that's on the brink of launching a disruptive cloud technology. We're seeking a seasoned interim CFO to assist us in setting up our financial records from scratch, as we're yet to have any in place.

The primary focus of this role is to prepare us for investment rounds, though we will also want to provide structure to the business. We're looking for someone who can meticulously structure our business paperwork and financial processes. You should be able to help us present a clear financial picture to potential investors and ensure that our financial strategy is aligned with our long-term goals.

Key deliverables would include but are not limited to:
- Setting up our financial records and processes to meet the standards of potential investors.
- Providing guidance on structuring our financial strategy in a way that's attractive to investors.
- Assisting us in creating a financial forecast that's both realistic and ambitious.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial role.
- A strong track record of preparing startups for successful investment rounds.
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently, as we have an urgent need for this project to be completed.
