This is a small-sized business that is profitable but lacks proper management framework that is forcing me to micro-manage. I need to gain a solid grasp on the business operations in order to get the confidence for me to lead and prepare for growth.
Ultimate objective: Adopt and implement Foodics (Cloud based ERP) once the entire workflow is mapped out and polished.
Scope of this specific project: First draft process map visualization. I'm not looking to reinvent the wheel. I need standard best practice process workflow at a high-level.
