Who we are
We are a company providing services for the construction industry. WLC Ltd spun out of the University of Dundee in 2004, originally to commercialise the results of a major EPSRC funded programme “A Generic Approach to Whole Life Costing”. The company is ideally positioned to realise the synergies between academic research and practising professionals. Drawing on this cutting edge research, the company has specialist expertise in the fields of construction productivity improvement, labour forecasting, project cost and time modelling, whole life costing, value management, risk based asset management, data analysis and benchmarking, and sustainability assessment.

We provide services in the following areas.
Construction Labour forecasting:
1. Services: we produce skills assessment and labour forecasts for both members of the construction industry private (e.g., HS2 Ltd) and public bodies (e.g. Local Authorities and Local Enterprise Partnerships)
