Candidate Identification - Senior Project Manager - Industrial Business Park subdivision - $100M project

We are a Melbourne, Australia based recruitment firm. We are currently working with a Tier 2 Design & Construct Industrial / Commercial construction company located in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. They have been operational for the past 60 years in Australia and are now managed by the third generation of family. We are seeking to identify and approach candidates who have significant experience as a construction Project Manager working with industrial subdivisions - business parks. This is an autonomous position and will report directly to one of the business Directors. Refer to attachment for further information concerning the requirements.
