I am seeking an experienced freelancer to assist with sourcing, vetting, and coordinating the hiring of qualified housecleaners in California. The goal is to identify dependable, experienced cleaning professionals who offer competitive pricing and provide high-quality residential cleaning services.
Scope of Work:
The selected freelancer will be responsible for:
Researching and identifying potential housecleaners or cleaning services located in California
Verifying experience, reliability, and professionalism (e.g., reviews, references, work history)
Comparing service rates to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality
Shortlisting at least three top candidates based on experience, reliability, and pricing
Coordinating initial communication or introductions between me and the recommended cleaners
Providing a brief summary report of each recommended candidate, including rates, availability, and relevant background information
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or service provider vetting
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Familiarity with California-based service marketplaces (preferred)
Ability to deliver clear, well-structured recommendations
Deliverables:
A curated list of at least three qualified housecleaners or cleaning services in California
Documentation supporting each recommendation (experience, reliability indicators, and pricing)
Contact details and availability for each candidate
