Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all software development, infrastructure management, and research and development projects
- Crafting and implementing an innovative technology strategy to propel the company forward
- Leading and nurturing a talented tech team
- Driving product development from conception to launch
Industry Experience:
- Proven experience in the E-commerce sector is a must
- Familiarity with the financial services and healthcare industries could be beneficial but is not required
Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong background in technology strategy and product development
- Comprehensive understanding of software development and infrastructure management
- Previous experience as a CTO or in a similar role is highly desirable
