CTO for Technology Strategy Enhancement

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and oversee all technical aspects of our company. The ideal candidate will drive the development of our technology roadmap, manage the engineering team, and ensure alignment with our business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the integration of new technologies across the company.
- Lead ongoing improvements in work processes initiated by management.
- Manage and distribute workloads effectively within the IT and software development teams.
- Monitor progress, solve potential issues, and ensure the proper execution of IT projects.
- Collaborate with the management team to strategize and plan the company's technological development.
- Seek opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Support CRM and IT management implementation and development projects.
- Provide technical support and ensure the maintenance of internal organizational systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of unfamiliar software and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Fluent in Chinese with excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
