CFA for Pharma Fundraising Preparation
Budget: $20 – $55 USD
looking for a CFA to perform investment analysis for our company fundraise (seeking 11 mln, target exit in 3 years, estimated target exit 500M), as well as to perform analysis for 3-5 competitors (from series A to sale). Use our P&L forecast to determine cost of reserved capital, annualized IRR, drawdown rounds. Experience in the life sciences/biotech/pharmaceutical industries a major plus. Please provide your qualifications such as employment for a consulting firm, MBA or similar, etc. Also list experience with biotech/pharma if you have it.
