Business plan Arabic

As an aspiring entrepreneur, I am looking to hire a freelancer to assist me in creating a comprehensive Business Plan in Arabic and English for my startup. I plan to use the business plan to obtain funding for launching my business to be compatible with the Qatar development bank guidelines. The plan needs to be detailed with a length of more than 20 pages. I will provide all the necessary information and any additional research required will also be the responsibility of the chosen freelancer. The plan must be written in Arabic and English and should include topics such as the company description, market analysis, product/services, competitive analysis, operations, financial planning, and social responsibility. The successful freelancer for this project must have proven experience in business planning and in writing in Arabic.
