Business plan

We are a German SME ( 30 employees) bringing instrumentation to the mining and circular industry. We have a history in R&D and Innovation with a strong technology background. A significant portion our € 2M revenues is from services ( engineering, testing, concept proof, etc...).For the next phase of our business development, we have identified core products that are ready for market launch (TLR7) . We are in the process of transforming the business from an project opportunity-driven model to a manufacturer model with growth plans for the targeted markets. I am of looking for a freelancer to help me develop a comprehensive business plan. The plan will be the road map for our company intern communication and activities, but also for securing financing from investors. A pitch deck will be part of the deliverables. You should have expertise in developing business plans for SME in the Industry.
