Business analyst needed, fluency in English mandatory (starting with 8 hrs per week) longterm

We need someone that is available as a business analyst for 8 hours per week long term.

We have an extensive software program (online) that we are constantly upgrading.
Your job will be getting requirements from the business team and describing them for the software team.
You need excellent documenting and conversational skills.
You understand what is needed on clients side as well as on developers side.

Describing tickets in Jira will be a big part of your job.
They need to be described with a good description, a flow chart and a sketch of the functionality.
Later on we will have bigger projects that need to be done.
You will be in contact with the sales team to gather requierements and then create the ticket in Jira. The software developers will then pick up those tickets.

We are not looking for a company but for an individual freelancer that is willing to stay on for a long time and be part of our team.

We currently are looking for someone that is available for about 8 hours per week. That can be split up over multiple days as long as the work gets done.
