Job Definition: Responsible for understanding and analyzing the business intent of a specific efforts and eliciting, authoring, refining, communicating, and validating that the business requirements for strategic products, services, or results meet the business objectives

? Conduct research and lead detailed analysis for complex business problems

? This person works closely with business leaders, analysts, data warehouse developers, and architects to drive data-centric solutions and data-centric components of broader solutions from idea to implementation.
? In this role, the candidate will need to collaborate effectively with internal business users, business information analytics, and data services teams to capture data requirements, implement data validations for new analytical DataMart solutions and deliver successfully against high standards
? Maintain deep knowledge of the data lifecycle for the aligned business area and its relationship to the business process and data
? Knowledge of and experience working with analytical databases
? Utilize SQL to query various databases for data analysis and identify relationships
Education and Typical Experience Requirements
? College Degree required, or commensurate experience; MBA and certifications a plus
? 10+ years in a Lead role and/or lead on transformation or large strategic efforts
? Expert/Detail Industry Knowledge
? Advanced Problem Solving
? Expert Level Communication Skills
? Top level decision-making skills
? Top level facilitation skills
? P&C Insurance experience preferred
