I need an experienced researcher who can move fast and confirm a company’s legal standing from every angle - registrations, licences, regulatory filings, active or past litigation, sanctions, and any other red-flag issues that could jeopardise compliance. The focus is strictly on legal compliance; financial ratios or general background details are outside this engagement.
Task includes:
1. One site visit to the target company (outside photos + basic verification)
2. 1 online due diligence research
Deliverables (required for acceptance):
• Photos and a summarising compliance status, risks.
• A source log with links or document copies that substantiate every claim
